Emmy and DGA Award winner Jason Winer has been chosen to direct and executive produce the untitled comedy series starring Woody Harrelson and Matthew McConaughey for Apple TV+. This project is a significant milestone for Winer, marking his first undertaking outside of 20th Television, after two decades at the studio. The series will consist of ten half-hour episodes and is produced by Skydance Television.

His recent work includes executive producing and directing the Disney+/20th TV series The Santa Clauses.
