This effort aims to help Everleigh, diagnosed with Neuroblastoma at nine months old. Neuroblastoma is a cancer that affects children. This event highlights the sad truths of children cancer, drawing attention to them. Patricia Case, a loyal friend and key player in Everleigh’s Cancer Crusade, discusses its heart and soul.

A tasty benefit dinner and an exciting silent auction await attendees, promising a night of friendship and caring. In addition, the event includes a 50/50 draw and gun raffle tickets for gun enthusiasts. Food lovers, mark September 22 and 23, 4:30-7 p.m. on your calendars. This is when the 83rd Helpers at VFW Post 2657 will serve tasty meals. But that’s not the end. A poker run is the main event on Sep 23. This will be a unique journey. This adventure starts at VFW Post 2657 and ends at the VFW in Columbia. Sure to be a highlight.

The poker run has 5 stops and starts at 8:30 a.m. with registration, followed by a loud start at 10:30 a.m. This poker run, ending by 5 p.m. and costing $15 per hand, is expected to end. The VFW and Taija Segelhorst have been crucial to this cause. Their dedication to helping the community has been crucial for Everleigh’s Cancer Crusade’s success.
