Espen Jorstad : The 2023 PokerStars World Championship of Online Poker (WCOOP) got off to a roaring start over the weekend, bringing with it some of the biggest names in online poker. Espen Hymn2Ninkasi Jorstad, the Winner of the 2022 World Series of Poker (WSOP) Main Event, was one of these famous people. He started his 2023 World Championship of Online Poker campaign with a massive win of $122,371.
In WCOOP 03-H: $3,150 NLHE, Jorstad’s trip was shown. Progressive KO was a battleground where 132 fighters fought for power and a piece of the $400,000 prize pool. When the dust settled, nine people were left at the final table. Each of them was promised almost $8,000, including their bounty rewards.
David MissOracle Yan, who had won $9,337, and she, from Hungary, who had won $7,985, were the first two finalists to drop out, making way for more action. After Ognyan cocojamb0 Dimov ($17,939), bnbm73 ($13,116), and 13santoy13 ($22,936) left, there were only four players left trying to win the title and a six-figure sum.
In a sudden turn of events, Jorstad’s 2022 World Series of Poker Tag Team partner Patrick pads1161 Leonard ($21,748) finished in fourth place, and Pedro Pvigar Garagnani ($30,129) came in third. This made it possible for Jorstad and Dumitry pora Adrian Pora to have a tough heads-up fight.
In a move that reminded people of the 2022 World Series of Poker Main Event, Jorstad won again and took home $122,371, while Pora had to settle for $45,167.

First place went to Espen Hymn2Ninkasi Jorstad of Norway. He won $84,703 in bounties and $37,668 in prizes, for a total of $122,371.
Dumitry Pora Adrian Pora from Romania came in second place. – There were $7,500 bounties and $37,667 prizes for $45,167.

Pedro Pvigar Garagnani from Brazil came in third place. – The total prize money is $30,129.

Bnbm73 from Malta came in sixth—$ 1,125 in bounties and $11,991 in prizes, for a total of $13,116.
Ognyan cocojamb0 Dimov from Bulgaria came in seventh place. – The total prize money is $17,939.
kZhh (Hungary) came in 8th place. – $750 in bounties, $7,235 in prizes, $7,985 in total prizes
David MissOracle Yan from New Zealand came in 9th place. – The total prize money is $9,337, comprised of $3,375 in bounties and $5,962 in prizes.
So far, Roman RomeOpro Romanovskyi from Ukraine has won the most money in the 2023 WCOOP. He took home a whopping $203,121. This considerable win happened in the WCOOP 04-H: $10,300 NLHE High Roller tournament, where 85 people competed for a total prize pool of $850,000. Lex L. Veldhuis Veldhuis of Team PokerStars missed making it to the final table. He finished 10th and won $21,452.
Jans Graftekkel Arends ($26,783), Tom 7tHEcROw7 Macdonald ($33,440), Jesper8 ($43,270), and Aleksejs APonakov Ponakovs ($55,991) all made brief visits at the final table. Niklas Lena900 Astedt, a famous Swedish online poker player who won $72,451, finished in fifth place. His fellow Swede flerrhuve, who won $93,750, finished in fourth place and got the last five-figure payment.
Benjamin Bencb789 Rolle came in third place and won $121,311. This allowed Romanovsky to win Rodrigo SELOUAN1991 Selouan’s stack and the top Prize of $203,121. Even though Selouan wanted to win, the second-place Prize of $156,974 was a consolation.
