It’s time to announce Henry Cavill‘s new role as an “ambassador of elegance” for the luxury watch brand Longines. As part of this exciting collaboration, Cavill will soon visit the brand’s headquarters in Saint-Imier, Switzerland, where he will get a close look at the craftsmanship and intricate details refined by the Swiss watchmaker over the course of its history, which spans back to 1832.
“What draws me to Longines is their understated elegance,” Cavill said in a statement. “True quality doesn’t need to announce itself. It’s evident in every detail and in every action. This is a philosophy, backed by generations of precision craftsmanship and artistry, that resonates deeply with my own values.”

Cavill, whose history with brand partnerships includes a stint as an ambassador for Boss Eyewear, is also set to star in the live-action Voltron for Amazon MGM Studios alongside director Rawson Marshall Thurber, featuring actors Sterling K. Brown and Alba Baptista. Additionally, he will appear in Guy Ritchie’s In the Grey with Jake Gyllenhaal, Eiza Gonzalez, and Rosamund Pike. His impressive list of credits includes iconic roles such as Superman in the DC universe, his performance in Mission: Impossible – Fallout, and leading roles in The Witcher and Enola Holmes, among others. Cavill also heads up a production company, Promethean Productions.
This new role as Longines ambassador not only highlights Cavill’s timeless elegance but also positions him as a prominent figure in the luxury watch market, extending his reach and influence in both the fashion and entertainment industries.
