Saif Ali Khan is slowly recovering from the stabbing incident that took place on January 16. The actor sustained multiple injuries, which led to surgery. Recently, he was spotted in the city wearing comfortable and stylish attire, displaying resilience in the face of adversity.
In a video shared by Instant Bollywood, Saif was seen stepping out of a car wearing a light brown pajama kurta as he walked towards a dubbing studio, avoiding the paparazzi. Although he did not pose for pictures, many fans expressed their support by commenting heart emojis on social media.
Recalling the terrifying night of the attack, Saif revealed in an interview with The Times of India that he fought off the intruder when he found him in his younger son Jeh’s room. Driven by his instincts as a father, Saif’s actions were both brave and protective. His mother, Sharmila, a mother herself, expressed understanding and shared in his reflections. “I guess it’s every parent’s instinct,” Saif said, highlighting the intense emotions of that moment.
Amidst pain and trauma, their bond only grew stronger. Saif described a rare and emotional moment when his mother held his hand while soothing him with a lullaby—something he had not experienced since childhood. After spending five days in the hospital, he walked out with 30 wounds, including a deep stab injury that resulted in spinal leakage. Despite this, he emerged resolute and made his first public appearance weeks later at a Netflix event.
During the event, Saif announced his upcoming thriller, The Jewel Thief, alongside Jaideep Ahlawat. The teaser for the film was also released, showcasing an exciting shot of Saif preparing for a journey filled with thrills and challenges. The narrative introduces Jaideep Ahlawat, who appears to be partnering with Saif on a heist, and he explains why Saif needs to steal the ‘Red Sun’.
