Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma Spotted at Mumbai Airport After IND vs ENG Series! Catch the Exciting Moment!

Former India skipper Virat Kohli, along with his wife and Bollywood star Anushka Sharma, was spotted at the Mumbai airport following the completion of the ODI series against England. The couple was seen exiting the airport and heading towards their car, with Kohli dressed casually in a cap, loose t-shirt, and shoes, while carrying a small bag over his shoulder.

India is preparing to travel to Dubai for their 2025 Champions Trophy matches. Their campaign is set to kick off against Bangladesh on February 20, which will be followed by matches against Pakistan on February 23 and New Zealand on March 2. After facing a challenging second ODI where he did not score and also missing the first match, Kohli made a solid comeback in the third ODI held in Ahmedabad. He scored a much-needed half-century, contributing 52 runs off 55 balls, including 7 fours and a six at a strike rate of 94.55. This performance is expected to boost Kohli’s confidence as he takes on the role of a senior player in the squad for the upcoming Champions Trophy.

Kohli has previously participated in three editions of the Champions Trophy, namely in 2009, 2013, and 2017. Over those tournaments, he has played 13 matches, accumulating 529 runs with an impressive average of 88.16, including five half-centuries and a highest score of an unbeaten 96. In 2009, he participated in three games, scoring 95 runs with one half-century to his name. His standout performance came in the 2013 edition, where India emerged victorious, and Kohli played a pivotal role by scoring 176 runs at an average of 58.66, including an important knock in the final match against England.

The 36-year-old’s finest performance in the Champions Trophy was during the 2017 edition, where he scored 258 runs from five matches at an extraordinary average of 129.00, featuring three half-centuries. His best score of 96 not out in the tournament’s history was also recorded in this edition. Among the current Indian squad gearing up for the 2025 Champions Trophy, Kohli holds the record for the most runs in the tournament’s history, with Rohit Sharma trailing behind him at 481 runs.
