Lathan Moses Stanley Echols, known professionally as Lil Mosey, is an American rapper, singer, and songwriter from Seattle, Washington. Born on January 25, 2002, he began releasing music in 2016 and quickly drew attention with his melodic flow and youth-oriented lyrical themes. He is best known for his 2020 single “Blueberry Faygo,” which peaked at number eight on the Billboard Hot 100 and became the defining song of his young career.
After breaking through with the 2017 single “Pull Up,” Lil Mosey signed with Interscope Records and released his debut studio album, Northsbest, in 2018. After a joint trial that began in February 2023, he was found not guilty in March 2023. He has continued to focus on releasing new music and growing his label, Certified Hitmakers, which he launched in 2020.
