Michael De Luca (born August 13, 1965) is an American film executive, writer, and producer who has held senior leadership roles across major Hollywood studios. He rose through New Line Cinema to serve as President and COO, later led production at DreamWorks Pictures, chaired the MGM Motion Picture Group, and in 2022 became co-chair and CEO of Warner Bros. Motion Picture Group.

Michael De Luca was born in Brooklyn, New York, on August 13, 1965. He grew up in a family with a German-Jewish immigrant mother and an Italian American father; his father worked at ConEdison.
