A part-time competitor across several NASCAR national series, he is best known for running the Nos. 02 and 20 Chevrolet Silverado RSTs for Young’s Motorsports in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, along with part-time duty in the NASCAR Xfinity Series with Alpha Prime Racing and Joey Gase Motorsports with Scott Osteen. In addition to his driving duties, Parsons has worked as the spotter for the No. 7 Spire car in the NASCAR Cup Series driven by Justin Haley. A native of Cornelius, North Carolina, he comes from one of stock car racing’s most recognizable families.
