Mads Mikkelsen Family
Mads Dittmann Mikkelsen was raised in Copenhagen by his mother Bente Mikkelsen and his father Henning Dittmann Mikkelsen, a cab driver. His older brother, Lars Mikkelsen, is also a well-known actor who has appeared in numerous Danish and international productions. Personal Life
In 2000, Mikkelsen married choreographer Hanne Jacobsen, his partner since 1987. The couple has two children and two grandchildren.
