Kia Nurse (born February 22, 1996) is a Canadian professional basketball player for the Chicago Sky of the Women’s National Basketball Association (WNBA). She is also a basketball analyst featured on TSN. Standing 183 cm and listed at 82 kg, Nurse has built a reputation as a versatile guard who contributes scoring, defense, and veteran leadership at every stop of her professional career. College Career at UConn (2014–2018)

Kia Nurse played college basketball at the University of Connecticut in Storrs, Connecticut, where she suited up for the Huskies. She played under head coach Geno Auriemma alongside future stars such as Breanna Stewart, Gabby Williams, and Napheesa Collier. During her time in Storrs, she developed into a reliable perimeter scorer and a tough on-ball defender.
