Rasul Douglas, born August 29, 1995, is an American professional football cornerback for the Miami Dolphins of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the West Virginia Mountaineers and was selected by the Philadelphia Eagles in the third round of the 2017 NFL draft. Douglas has also been a member of the Carolina Panthers, Las Vegas Raiders, Houston Texans, Arizona Cardinals, Green Bay Packers, and Buffalo Bills.

Early Career (2017–2019)
Douglas began his professional career in Philadelphia under head coach Doug Pederson and defensive coordinator Jim Schwartz. After being listed as the fourth cornerback on the depth chart to open the 2017 season, he was pressed into action when starter Ronald Darby dislocated his ankle in Week 1.
