He joined a contender and continued to produce, then attended the Lightning’s 2018-19 training camp before being reassigned to their American Hockey League affiliate, the Syracuse Crunch, on September 23, 2018. With the Crunch, Raddysh became a top contributor, highlighted by a five-assist performance in a 10-0 win over the Utica Comets on December 28, 2018, finishing with 46 points and helping Syracuse claim a division title.
