Trevor Lewis (born January 8, 1987) is an American professional ice hockey center who is an unrestricted free agent. He most recently played for the Los Angeles Kings of the National Hockey League (NHL). Trevor Lewis was born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah, on January 8, 1987, to Canadian parents Randy and Linda.
