There has been a lot of buzz around Vijay Deverakonda’s upcoming film VD12 ever since it was announced. Fans had been waiting with bated breaths for any update about the film. As per the latest update, Bollywood star Ranbir Kapoor has provided the voiceover for the teaser of VD12, thereby adding to the excitement surrounding the highly-anticipated movie. Ranbir, who was last seen in Animal, has joined forces with the Liger actor for VD12, and their unexpected collaboration has heightened anticipation, promising a power-packed cinematic experience!
According to an industry insider, “Vijay Deverakonda is gearing up for his much anticipated VD12 releasing this year. But what’s exciting is that Ranbir Kapoor has given the voice-over for the VD12 teaser which was recorded in Mumbai yesterday.” The teaser of VD12 is now ready as Ranbir wrapped the voice-over yesterday. VD12 is set to hit theaters soon. After a long time, Vijay Deverakonda will be seen returning to the intense action genre, his last being the iconic Arjun Reddy.
Yesterday, the actor shared a poster of VD12, revealing that the title of the film and the teaser will be unveiled on 12th February, 2025. The poster featured a crown amidst flames, and the text over the poster read, “The silent CROWN Awaits the KING.” In August last year, the ‘Arjun Reddy’ star shared his first look poster of VD12. It showed him with an intense expression, screaming his lungs out while looking at the sky on a rainy day. “His Destiny awaits him. Mistakes. Bloodshed. Questions. VD12 is helmed by National Award-winning filmmaker Gowtam Tinnanuri. His last release was Jersey in 2022. VD12 is produced by Naga Vamsi S and Sai Soujanya under Sithara Entertainments, Srikara Studios and Fortune Four Cinemas.
