Kumail Nanjiani has been announced as the host for the 78th annual Directors Guild of America (DGA) Awards, scheduled for February 7 at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, California. The Kumail Nanjiani DGA Awards event will honor outstanding achievements in directing across film and television.
About Kumail Nanjiani’s Career and New Work
Nanjiani is an acclaimed writer, actor, and comedian whose work spans award-nominated films and series such as The Big Sick, Silicon Valley, Eternals, and Only Murders in the Building. More recently, he released a new special titled Kumail Nanjiani: Night Thoughts. Reflecting on his role, he said,
