During the February 10 premiere, Hemsworth discussed how he has acquired various weapons from his movies.
“I mean, sneakily or not so sneakily, I’ve taken a lot of weapons,”
Hemsworth said. He mentioned that for Snow White and the Huntsman, he took the axe, and for his role as Thor, he has collected both the hammers and Stormbreaker. He also joked about wanting to steal a ’69 Camaro from the set of Crime 101 but noted the steering wheel’s position would make it impractical to import to Australia.
Hemsworth’s Connection to Iconic Thor Weapons Explained
Chris Hemsworth is widely recognized for his portrayal of Thor within the Marvel Cinematic Universe, a role he debuted in a solo film in 2011. The character is known for wielding Mjolnir, a powerful hammer, and later upgrades to the battle axe Stormbreaker during the events of 2018’s Avengers: Infinity War. Hemsworth has carried these weapons throughout his appearances in MCU films, which have been pivotal in defining his action star status.
