gwyneth paltrow auctions iconic wardrobe for charity sale

Actress Gwyneth Paltrow is auctioning select pieces from her wardrobe in an event organized by Julien’s Auctions, starting March 24. This Gwyneth Paltrow wardrobe auction, titled Bold Luxury: Gwyneth Paltrow Lexicon of Style & the Archival Edit, will benefit World Central Kitchen, which provides meals to communities impacted by disasters and humanitarian crises.

Notable Designer Pieces Highlighted in the Auction

The auction includes remarkable designer items, such as original illustrations by Ralph Lauren. Although Paltrow chose to keep the Ralph Lauren dress she wore when winning the 1999 Best Actress Oscar for Shakespeare in Love, fans can bid on those exclusive sketches. Additionally, her asymmetrical pink Ralph & Russo dress from the 2015 Oscars is offered as part of the collection.

Supporting Communities Through Fashion

A portion of the auction proceeds will support World Central Kitchen, a charity known for delivering chef-prepared meals in emergency situations. By channeling the sale of high-profile garments toward aid efforts, Paltrow’s auction connects her influence in style with meaningful humanitarian work.
