Florian Poker Odyssey: Florian’s move into poker is not based on blind faith but on careful planning. He doesn’t just do it on the side when he journeys to a live music show. Instead, he carefully packs his bags, often connected by a single flag or a group of flags representing his wins. “Dublin has been kind enough to visit me twice, in 2017 and 2019,” he says, remembering his incredible In-The-Money (ITM) wins on these trips.
In Bratislava, the same thing takes place. Three races, three wins on the podium: a perfect trio on the Colossus, the hard-to-find Wanted Mystery, and the stormy Tornado. As a paid voyager under the banner, Florian always plays poker. He has moved up in the Caen Poker club because of this.
Florian had been planning to go to Bratislava for a long time, but the Covid-19 pandemic changed his plans. He liked to play poker but worked as a production manager for electronics, so he rarely had time to go to live games.

On the other hand, Florian says, “No, it’s just a name I liked.” Still, by saying, “Who knows?” he leaves the door open. “I might give it a try if I die too soon. All of us in the poker world want Florian to keep winning to get that fourth straight win he wants.
