The trend is mirrored in Delhi-NCR, with premium tickets priced between ₹1,600 and ₹1,900, yet screenings are already nearing capacity. Regular multiplex seats in major cities are selling for ₹850 to ₹900, reflecting the feverish anticipation for “Sikandar,” which will be available in both 2D and 2D IMAX formats.
A Sacnilk report indicates that 1,38,209 tickets have been sold across 12,820 shows, generating ₹4.03 crore before the movie’s official release, highlighting the film’s immense pre-release appeal.
“Sikandar” marks Salman Khan’s first collaboration with Rashmika Mandanna on screen. At a recent press meet, Salman Khan praised Rashmika for her dedication, noting her rigorous schedule: she wrapped up shooting for “Pushpa 2” by 7 pm and joined the “Sikandar” set by 9 pm, working through the night until 6:30 in the morning. Salman remarked, “She reminds me a lot of a younger me,” underscoring her commitment, especially after suffering a leg injury yet maintaining her workload without a single day off.
Alongside Salman and Rashmika, the film features Kajal Aggarwal, Sharman Joshi, and Sathyaraj in pivotal roles. Produced by Sajid Nadiadwala’s Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment, “Sikandar” promises an exhilarating cinematic experience packed with action, drama, and larger-than-life moments.
