Colin Guske (born January 29, 2007) is an American professional soccer player who plays as a defensive midfielder for Major League Soccer club Orlando City. A product of the Orlando City academy, he signed a homegrown contract with the club ahead of the 2025 season and became the team’s 16th homegrown signing. Guske also represents the United States at the youth international level.
Born in St. Johns, Florida, Guske began his youth career with Jacksonville FC before moving to the Orlando City academy in 2021. He made his professional debut for Orlando City B in 2024 and has since progressed into the senior squad, while earning call-ups to multiple United States youth national teams.

Guske’s first experience at the professional level came with Orlando City B, the reserve side of Orlando City that competes in MLS NEXT Pro. On March 15, 2024, he was announced as part of Orlando City B’s roster for the 2024 MLS NEXT Pro season. A day later, he scored the winning goal in the team’s season opener at Atlanta United 2, contributing to a 3–2 victory.
On April 24, 2024, Guske signed a one-year MLS NEXT Pro contract through the end of that season. His performances during the campaign drew further recognition when, on July 2, he was one of two Orlando City B players selected for the 2024 MLS NEXT All-Star Game. At the conclusion of the season, Guske had logged the most minutes of any player born in 2007 across the league.

On August 4, 2024, Guske was signed to a short-term agreement with Orlando City for the club’s Leagues Cup match against Atlético San Luis. Although he made the bench that day, he did not appear in the match. Later that year, on December 16, 2024, he was signed to a homegrown contract through 2027, with a club option for 2028, making him the 16th homegrown player signed by the club.
Guske made his unofficial debut on January 25, 2025, in a Florida Cup friendly against Atlético Mineiro, entering as an 80th-minute substitute for César Araújo in a match that ended scoreless and was decided 6–5 in penalties in favor of Orlando City. His official senior debut came on April 5, 2025, when he entered as a 90th-minute substitute for Martín Ojeda in a scoreless draw with Philadelphia Union.
