João Paulo Mior (born 8 March 1991), known professionally as João Paulo, is a Brazilian professional footballer who plays as a central midfielder. Standing 170 cm tall, he currently plays for Seattle Sounders FC of Major League Soccer. He has been a consistent presence in midfield for clubs in Brazil and the United States since beginning his senior career in 2010.
Early Life and Background
João Paulo was born on 8 March 1991 in Serafina Corrêa, a municipality in the southern Brazilian state of Rio Grande do Sul.
