Kylor Kelley (born August 26, 1997) is an American professional basketball player for the South Bay Lakers of the NBA G League. Standing 7 feet 0 inches tall, he plays as a center and is widely recognized for his shot-blocking ability. He played college basketball for the Oregon State Beavers, where he set multiple school and conference blocking records before launching his professional career in 2021.

Kylor Kelley was born on August 26, 1997, in Logan, Utah, and raised in a family with deep basketball roots. His father, Jeff Kelley, played college basketball at Boise State, while his mother, Shandel Howell, had planned to play at Utah State before the university’s women’s basketball program was cut. Those family ties helped shape Kelley’s early love for the sport, and he began playing basketball under the coaching of his mother, a former high school player.
When Kelley was six or seven years old, he moved with his mother and brother from Utah to Oregon following his parents’ separation. He attended Gervais High School in Gervais, Oregon, where he played three years of varsity basketball. Kelley’s college journey began at Northwest Christian University. As a freshman, he averaged 8.6 points, 8.8 rebounds, and 5.6 blocks per game, setting a school single-game record with 10 blocks against Southern Oregon. However, he was dismissed from the program after 10 games, which forced him to transfer to Lane Community College.

Early Career (2020–2021)
After declaring for the 2020 NBA draft and going undrafted, Kelley was reported to have signed with the San Antonio Spurs on December 11, 2020, before being waived shortly afterward.
