Vladislav Anatolevich Kolyachonok is a Belarusian professional ice hockey player who plays as a defenceman for the Boston Bruins of the National Hockey League (NHL). Born on 26 May 2001 in Minsk, Belarus, he is also known by his Belarusian name, Uladzislau Anatolevich Kalyachonak. Standing 6 feet 2 inches tall and weighing around 200 pounds, Kolyachonok has developed into a mobile, two-way blue liner after being selected 52nd overall by the Florida Panthers in the 2019 NHL Entry Draft.

Vladislav Anatolevich Kolyachonok was born on 26 May 2001 in Minsk, the capital city of Belarus. Early Career (2019–2021)
After signing his entry-level deal with the Florida Panthers, Kolyachonok’s path to the NHL was delayed by the COVID-19 pandemic. Opting to remain in Belarus rather than wait out the pause, he was loaned to HC Dinamo Minsk of the KHL for the 2020–21 season. He made his professional debut that year and contributed one goal and six points through 46 regular-season games, gaining valuable experience against grown men in a top European league.
Later in the same campaign, the Panthers reassigned him to their AHL affiliate, the Syracuse Crunch. In a brief stint with Syracuse, Kolyachonok registered two assists through 10 games, adjusting to the smaller North American ice surface and the pace of professional hockey in the United States.
Arizona Coyotes Era (2021–2024)
On 26 July 2021, Kolyachonok was traded by the Panthers, along with Anton Strålman and a 2024 second-round draft pick, to the Arizona Coyotes in exchange for a 2023 seventh-round selection. He spent the early portion of the 2021–22 season with the Coyotes’ AHL affiliate, the Tucson Roadrunners, ranking third in scoring among Roadrunner defencemen before earning his first NHL recall on 11 January 2022.
The following day, 12 January 2022, Kolyachonok made his NHL debut for the rebuilding Coyotes in an upset 2–1 victory over the Toronto Maple Leafs. He later scored his first NHL goal against goaltender Jacob Markström in a 4–2 loss to the Calgary Flames, and finished his rookie NHL season having appeared in 32 games with Arizona. After beginning the 2022–23 season in Tucson and receiving a brief two-game recall in March 2023, he returned to the AHL.

Shortly after the end of the 2023–24 regular season, the Arizona Coyotes franchise was suspended and its hockey operations were transferred to the expansion Utah Hockey Club, making Kolyachonok a member of the new organization. He signed a two-year contract extension with Utah in June 2024 and made the team’s opening night roster for the 2024–25 season, playing in Utah’s first-ever NHL game.
