Kevin Alexander, Blake Lively’s driver, described an unsettling conversation he claims to have had with Justin Baldoni while they were working on the film It Ends With Us. According to Alexander, this conversation, which happened inside a vehicle with Lively and one other passenger present, distracted him from his driving due to its disturbing nature. This account sheds light on tensions behind the scenes during the movie’s production.
Allegations of Disturbing Remarks from Baldoni
In a deposition obtained by Us Weekly on January 26, Alexander stated that Baldoni spoke at length about his sexual encounters with women, which left a strong impression on him. He recalled that Baldoni admitted to both forcing himself on women and being forced on, a confession that caught Alexander completely off guard.
[Baldoni] was discussing his sexual relations with women,
Kevin Alexander said, adding that he can’t forget the conversation because it took my focus off driving.
He was forced on and he forced himself on women.
The driver emphasized this as the first time he had met Baldoni, making the conversation even more unexpected.
To me, it was very out of the ordinary to meet somebody and talk like that in a vehicle. That’s why it caught my attention,
Alexander continued.
Basically he kept talking about his sexual relations. I’m repeating myself I believe, but he would force himself on women. If they said no, this, that, he would revert back.

Additional Unsettling Details and Driver’s Reaction
Alexander acknowledged that Baldoni said more during the ride, but his focus remained on the statements regarding coercion. He described those remarks as highly disturbing and unforgettable.
It is those key points when someone says, you know, forcing myself on women, women forced on me, I didn’t care,
Alexander said.
“It is disturbing to me. You can’t forget something like that.”
Following the car ride, Alexander shared his unease directly with Blake Lively.
When we got to the production office, which was down the road from that area, I pulled over, let everybody out,
the deposition read.
I stated to Blake, ‘I feel very uncomfortable. Something is not right here. I would like to do a background check on him or something,’ and later to learn that he was the producer in production of this movie.
Context of the Legal Conflict Between Lively and Baldoni
This conversation first surfaced publicly in December 2024 amid a legal dispute between Baldoni and Lively. Leading up to the film’s release in August 2024, rumors of discord between the two actors had been circulating. Eventually, Lively filed a complaint with the California Civil Rights Department, alleging that Baldoni created a hostile work environment during the film’s production.
She escalated the situation by suing Baldoni on grounds including sexual harassment. Baldoni has denied all allegations and filed a countersuit against Lively, which was dismissed in June 2025.
Private Court Documents Reveal Broader Legal Battle and Celebrity Connections
Kevin Alexander’s deposition is part of over 180 court documents recently unsealed. These reveal communications between Baldoni, Lively, and their associates, among them prominent figures like Taylor Swift and Matt Damon. The exposure of these private details adds layers to the ongoing legal conflict.
I do think anytime the court unseals records, there’s a reason why somebody wanted them sealed in the first place,
explained Rachael Bennett, a senior lawyer at Sullivan Law & Associates. She added that Lively
has every interest in trying to protect the privacy and the social ramifications for all of her famous friends that were pulled into this.
Bennett further described how both sides are strategically managing the sealing and unsealing of documents as their court date approaches, scheduled for spring 2025.
Legal Proceedings Seen as Crucial Step Forward
The allegations described by Blake Lively’s driver emerge amid intense legal maneuvering between the two stars of It Ends With Us. With public and private evidence coming under scrutiny, the upcoming trial will be critical in resolving these serious charges. The case also highlights broader issues of workplace conduct and accountability in the entertainment industry.
