Callie Cooke, known for her role in the F1 series alongside Brad Pitt, has been announced as part of the cast for the upcoming Keanu Reeves untitled action film. Cooke confirmed her involvement in the project through an Instagram post, signaling a major step in her acting career.
Details of Cooke’s Role and Film’s Premise
The Hollywood Reporter has revealed that Cooke will star as the female lead opposite Reeves, portraying a scientist in the new movie produced by Warner Bros. The storyline involves Reeves playing a smuggler caught in a deadly time loop after a double-cross during a Caribbean Sea mission. This leaves him surrounded by hostile mercenaries, shark threats, and numerous bodies.
Cooke has previously played Jodie, a pit stop tire gunner, in F1 and took on the character Lindy Pepper-Bean in an episode of Doctor Who. She also recently appeared as Margot in Season 2 of Surface.

Director Tim Miller, who gained acclaim for Deadpool, is at the helm of the project. Reports about the collaboration between Miller and Reeves first emerged in October of last year. Initially titled Shiver, the film is now referred to as the untitled Tim Miller and Keanu Reeves action thriller. Filming is underway in the Dominican Republic with an anticipated release date set for August 13, 2027.
